DOCUMENTATION MANAGER

The client is seeking a hands-on individual to manage a team of writers responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation for their trading and risk management application. Qualified individuals must possess strong management skills, creativity, and experience in technical writing, online help, user guides, and training material.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience managing a team of Technical writers, preferably working in the Financial/Energy Trading Environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical information
• Broad range of experience creating, editing, and maintaining user guides, online help, white papers and sales/marketing collateral using Microsoft Office, RoboHelp, and Microsoft Access
