This ETL/EAI Specialist position will supporT business process redesign and systems implementationsng include the implementation of a trade order management system, an investments data hub and data warehouse, and performance attribution and fixed income analytics systems, as well as compliance and allocation process automation and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have integration experience with a variety of ETL and EAI tools, along with strong skills and understanding of database technologies and platforms. He or she should possess data analysis skills and be able to locate the required data in source systems using data dictionaries and other tools, and acquire, conform, and load the data using the appropriate ETL or EAI technologies. A background in investments (fixed income/securities/derivatives) is required, and strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.

Technical Attributes:
• Successfully designed and implemented application integration tools for large-scale end-to-end applications implementations. Expertise in Informatica is plus.
• Expertise in EAI and message-based data and application integration (including IBM MQ Series / WebSphere Business Integration Server)
• Experience in design and implementation of data integration layer for operational Data Store and Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into data mappings and models
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models and databases
• Experience in application development (especially J2EE and VS.Net), third-party application support and configuration, or server and OS support and configuration is a plus

Business and Behavioral Attributes:
• Knowledge and experience in financial services, investments, real estate, or accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Self-directed and assertive, particularly in dealing with ambiguity
• Project management and technical documentation skills are a plus

Responsibilities Include:
• Data sourcing and mapping based on data requirements documents
• Creation of ETL, EAI, or other technical components to extract, transform, and load data into source systems
• Technical documentation of data extraction processes and related Components
• May include project leadership, data modeling, application development or configuration, or other roles, depending on the skills of the selected candidate
Candidate Must Have :
* Integration experience with a variety or ETL/EAI tools (Informatica, IBM MQ Series)
* Background in investments (fixed income) is required.
* Data warehouse expert.
