Here are the requirements by level:

Associate

• 1 - 3 years of technical and financial advisory related experience
• Big 4 audit backgrounds/public accounting backgrounds required
• Prior forensic & dispute experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects.
• Will have responsibility for quality of client deliverables, mentor and develop staff and senior associates, develop client network, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferable
• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) desired; MBA a plus

Senior Associate:

• 3-5 years of technical and financial advisory related experience

• Big 4 audit backgrounds/public accounting backgrounds required
• Prior forensic & dispute experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects.
• Will have responsibility for quality of client deliverables, mentor and develop staff and senior associates, develop client network, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferable

Manager:

• 7-10+ years of technical and financial advisory related experience

• Big 4 audit backgrounds/public accounting backgrounds required
• Prior forensic & dispute experience a plus

• Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects. Will have responsibility for quality of client deliverables, mentor and develop staff and senior associates, develop client network, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) desired; MBA a plus

Senior Manager:

• 10+ years of technical and financial advisory related experience
• Big 4 audit backgrounds/public accounting backgrounds required
• Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to lead and manage significant client engagements. Will develop and implement marketing and targeting strategies.

Established practice and market eminence in a key industry, service area or client base
•Must possess a consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services. Will build relationships, and originate and manage revenue base; develop and coach talented people.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) desired; MBA a plus
