RESPONSIBILITIES: This key senior leadership role in the Business Services Group (BSG), will be responsible for leading a major business segment of the firm's home office. Specifically, this position will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the Field & Correspondent Support function including: Business Channel Implementation; Business Channel Liaisons; and, Field & Correspondent Outreach. Working collaboratively with the BSG Senior Leadership Team and other key senior leaders and corporate partners, this leader will be accountable for driving achievement of the firms business strategies and objectives. Specifically, this person will be responsible for the development and implementation of the business channel liaison function within BSG, the field & correspondent outreach functions and the continued management of the business channel implementation function. Implement and utilize a defined measurement process to evaluate effectiveness of the strategy and tools relative to BSG specific goals. Other Responsibilities include: Experience Building a productive, highly engaged workforce by fostering an environment of trust, integrity, open two-way communication, personal accountability, and excellence; Creating a high performance culture focused on continuous improvement to achieve maximum gains in efficiency, profitability, customer service and reduction of risk; Developing and providing direction to a strong cohesive leadership team by attracting, motivating, leveraging and retaining top talent; Aligning resources to ensure consistent, reliable, accurate, high quality client service responsive to the field, our clients and correspondents; Ensuring regulatory compliance through effective operational controls; Collaborating cross-functionally to build networks, ensure smooth integration of service delivery and remove potential obstacles; Meet and/or exceed assigned business objectives including productivity and service targets.

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a broad based business background with a proven track record of progressive leadership success. Experience leading large, diverse groups and complex, multidimensional projects is essential. Other requirements include: Advanced leadership ability (10 years + experience preferred) with an emphasis on team building, mentoring and development of associates; Ability to develop and implement programs from the ground up; Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence others toward common business objectives; Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills; A degree in business or equivalent work experience; Demonstrated process management skills with the ability to organize people, resources and workflow to maximize results; Demonstrated relationship management skills; Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Candidate Must Have :
* 10+ Years of leadership/supervisory experience with emphasis on team building
* Strong experience with decision tools, cost benefit analysis, break-even analysis, future and present
* A Bachelor's degree in communicationd preferred. MBA Preferred.
