Jr. Oracle CRM Specialist; Melville, LI

This position resides within the CRM Applications team and reports to the Project Manager of that team. This person will have 1-4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst working with PL/SQL and having exposure to CRM Applications. This is an internal technical problem solving position. This is a junior spot that requires some enthusiasm and a “get your hands dirty” type of attitude.

Candidates will be responsible for working with end users on their issues which will involve; analyzing business processes by retrieving data from the database. They will also be involved with some end user training.

Candidates must have; Understanding and Working knowledge of:

SQL and PL/SQL

Oracle Work Flows

Database schemas

CRM Services Modules

Table Structures

How data is stored in tables

Troubleshooting error messages

How to support clients in a processional manner

50% of the position will involve support…

-Troubleshooting all performance issues with Oracle CRM System

-Acting as the point of escalation for related Oracle CRM issues

-Raising internal issues

-Working to get resolution on all CRM issues company wide.

-Working with Global Teams to resolve issues…including Israel, Montreal, Columbia- MD, Chantilly-VA, NY-Melville etc

50% of the position will be working on Special Projects. Projects include…

-Implementing Oracle CRM Functionality

-Customization of CRM Modules

-Working with Global Teams on Discovery Projects

-Going into and working in test environments

This position will be based out of Melville, NY but will also support their Durango, CO, Chantilly, VA, Columbia, MD and Montreal locations. The position requires up to 20% travel annually.

Salary to cap at about 90K
