Date January 5, 2007 Department Institutional Sales & Client Service Job Title Sales & Client Service Assistant Job Responsibilities Provide full administrative support for Insurance and Due Diligence Sales & Client Service teams (i.e. phone coverage, manage calendar, expense reporting, check requests, e-mail communications, technical support - Microsoft Office Suite and Business Objects) Maintain Sales Logix Client Database and coordinate mailings Frequent contact with prospects, clients, consultants and outside organizations Heavy interaction with the Institutional Department as well as other internal departments Make all travel/meeting arrangements Prepare and distribute materials for meetings Plan and arrange special events Maintain library of marketing materials Maintain organized filing system Conduct research on various topics and work on special projects on an ad hoc basis Qualifications: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Outstanding attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize Superior organizational and follow-up skills Personal Characteristics: Professional demeanor Exhibits a "Can Do" positive attitude Excellent time management skills Strong work ethic Team player High integrity Proactive Education Bachelor's Degree
