This is a VP level position. The applicant shouldhave sold IT Services into Life Sciences/ Medical Devices/ Healthcare companies for at-least 5 - 10 years. Would be responsible for heading the Life Sciences practice.

The client is a leading global consulting and IT services company, offering a wide array of solutions customized for a range of key verticals and horizontals. Job Description for Geo Engagement Manager/Client Partner

Must Have:

Ø Min 15+ years of work experience with at least last 5-10 years in IT industry in the relevant domain/vertical and at least 2 years of similar experience

Ø Will carry revenue/sales targets for the one or more major client engagement

Ø Role will be counter-part of customers CTO / VP Engg /CIO

Ø Will be the SPOC for customers on all project delivery and technology aspects from HCL

Ø Will be responsible for providing and implementing innovation and value driven ideas to increase the depth and relevance of the engagement

Ø Will own the respective technology/vertical/domain evangelism (Tech Papers pubs, speaking sessions at Industry Events, etc.)

Ø Responsible for CSAT, ESAT in the engagement (s)

Ø Will be based in US / UK Customer's premise.

Ø Will work with offshore extensively.

Ø Will travel to Offshore 3-4 times a year as required.

Ø This position will report into Senior Leadership Team (VP and Above) at Offshore in the Practice and US Geo Team.

Ø Ability to handle multiple transactions in a multi tasking mode

Ø Commercial skills and vendor management skills

Ø Exposure to technology partners and alliances

Ø Excellent communications and writing skills

Ø Detail oriented and hands on for Status monitoring, analytical reporting including quality metrics

Ø Understands P&L, good orientation to numbers

Ø Team building skills

Ø Ability to work in ambiguous situation and take decisions

Ø Ability to work long hours, across time zones
