Job Description:	Information Architect/UI Design We are seeking a User Interface designer for a full-time, contract-to-hire position (temp to perm). You will work with the Director of User Interface Design to concept & design user interfaces & interaction models for both web & application based systems. You will take your work from concepts through production. Job Responsibility/Summary: Work closely with Director of User Interface to translate feature concepts into wireframe schematics, functionality flows, site maps, & business requirement documents. Develop storyboards, mock-ups & prototypes to communicate ideas for navigation & interaction models Coordinate & communicate project information & task between internal groups Participate in the development of creative solutions to user experience challenges. Requirements: Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field Three or more years experience designing user-friendly web-based interfaces HTML skills, knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping a plus Approaches design conceptually & think about interaction systems, not just screens Is highly organized & detailed oriented Aptitude for leadership, communication & teamwork Join us & come help shape the personality of our growing agency
