Job Description: | Date January 4, 2007 Job Title Client Service Specialist - SMA Salary to $70,000 Job Responsibilities · Demonstrate product knowledge for separately managed and mutual fund portfolios. · Respond to incoming calls/emails from financial advisors · Resolve basis and routine operational problems directly · Daily contact with Financial Advisors, retail clients, Internal Wholesalers, and Regional Managers. · Provide administrative support to SMA Portfolio Specialists · Support SMA Tax Trading process · Various ad hoc projects Required Skills/Experience 1-3 yrs experience in securities industry client liaison/servicing role - Basic understanding of the firm's business and products
