Job Description:	Management Responsibility (Encompasses internal and external client, vendor relationships) · Reports directly to Controller · Works with operational and financial group in Cinn. & NY. Outputs · Responsible for working/reviewing coding etc. with accounts payable and receivable. · Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to general ledger. · Prepares journal entries on a monthly basis. This would include reclass entries and standard entries. · Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis · Maintain Fixed Assets work papers. · Assist Controller research variances. · Assist Controller in putting work papers and month reports together in order to keep proper audit records. · Work closely with group Controller on b/s analysis, month end close and monthly/quarterly reporting to the client. · Create and maintain analytical spreadsheet for overhead expenses. · Balance Sheet review and analysis. Position Requirements 4 year Accounting degree required 5 years accounting experience Detail orientated Good analytical skills Can-do attitude/pro-active Good understanding of general accepted accounting principles Excellent communication and presentation skills:
