Job Description:	Sr. Systems Analyst - Base to 115k + bonus + + Location: Jamesburg, NJ We are currently recruiting for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer in our Development group. As a Senior Systems Analyst, the candidate will be working on Production Support and Enhancement related tickets in the Finance and Supply Chain functional modules. In addition, the candidate will be working closely with the Functional Analysts to investigate issues, build design documents, and assist during Integration Testing of code objects. Responsibilities: ' Understand client's business strategy and process in order to determine Technical design and solution ' Investigate and resolve production support related Break/Fix issues ' Work with Functional Analysts to understand user requirements and build technical design and code objects ' Perform Unit Testing on all code objects before delivery to Functional Team ' Assist Functional Analysts and Business Users on Integration / User Acceptance Testing ' Responsible for Documentation and Source Code Control Technical Requirements: ' 5-8 years Oracle technology experience ' 5-8 years experience with Oracle 11i ERP modules (Finance / Supply Chain) ' 5-8 years of complex system design, development and support in an Oracle and HP UNIX environment ' Must have experience with Oracle Jdeveloper, Discoverer and Portal tools ' Must have experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting ' Must have strong performance tuning skills ' Experience with Java, JSP and other web authoring tools a plus ' Must have experience with source control tools like PVCS ' Must have experience with development methodologies like Oracle AIM ' Experience with 11.5.10 suite of products a plus ' Experience with the Oracle CRM Modules (Field Service, Contracts, Install Base etc.) a plus Business Requirements: ' Must be able to understand business requirements, strategies and processes and apply technology to address business needs ' Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced problem solving skills ' Must have strong verbal and written communication skills ' Must have the ability to work within a team environment ' Must be self motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to the project schedule and priorities ' Must be able to proactively address issues Education/Certification Requirements: ' Bachelor's Degree or related certification required ' Oracle Certification a plus
