Job Description:	Business Applications Analyst - Oracle 11i - Base to 105k + bonus + + Location(s): Lake Success NY My client is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for our subsidiaries' finance departments regarding Oracle 11i Finance applications. The Analyst will provide in-depth expertise in the Oracle 11i Finance Application from both a functional and technical perspective. He or she will continually review and redefine, with Finance department heads, all existing processes and recommend improvements. He or she will be responsible for driving resolution of issues pertaining to Oracle 11i Finance and works closely with operations Department managers to review current Oracle functionality and recommend and prioritize modifications in accordance with business directions. He or she will create reviews, maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, and perform cross-module testing of standard functionality and customizations. A qualified candidate will possess a BA or BS in Finance or Accounting plus a minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle 11i Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and iExpense). Candidate must also have 4+ years experience in a business systems environment associated with Oracle Applications customizations. Ability to use PL/SQL to run queries and research Oracle Applications issues is required. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong understanding of industry "Best" practices.
