Job Description:	1. NY Technical Branch Manager/ SE Manager (salary open based on experience) (we are looking for one in NY and one in Orlando) Branch Technical Manager Sales & Marketing Description: Reports to: Branch Manager. Support the sales process by creating and maintaining a highly skilled and motivated staff, and to ensure the highest possible level of technical support to customers. Ensure charge backs are kept to a minimum and maximize the number of customers who will serve as references for future sales. Requirements: College degree or equivalent. Senior experience within the Business Intelligence and/or Integration software industry. Position will involve managing SE's who cover both WebFOCUS and our EAI product. Solid knowledge of management techniques. Six years of experience in a customer support/service environment. Expertise in at least two operating systems including MVS/TSO, VM/CMS, VMS, UNIX, or Windows 98/2000/NT and a working knowledge in two others. Must be success oriented and willing to travel.
