Job Description:	Financial Analysis Position Job Title: Financial Analysis Job Location: New York, NY Job Description: 1. Monitor and prepare all financial related information for program business, including monthly accruals, reconciliation of financial information submitted by program managers to Genius Agency Interface, and assisting Finance in reconciliation of accounts receivable. 2. Preparation of financial package for US Specialty Casualty and Casualty. 3. Analysis of all monthly financial package for US Specialty Casualty and Casualty. 4. Assist in preparation of annual plan and forecast. 5. Responsible for Specialty Casualty's adherence to SOX internal control requirements related to program business. 6. Analyze reinsurance transactions for Specialty Casualty and Casualty. 7. Occasionally perform agency audits. Additional Job Information 1. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must have solid analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to collaborate with individuals from different functions across the organization. 2. BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business. A minimum of 7 years of Insurance Industry financial / analytical experience is required.
