Job Description:	Network Applications Senior Engineer - Jersey City - 115 or so base for right talent Job Responsibilities: The Network Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing Global network architecture solutions for application delivery, application optimization, and specialized network access services. The Network Applications Engineer will work closely with application teams to ensure that every solution satisfies business requirements. The Network Applications Engineer will also engage other IES (Infrastructure, Engineering and Support) Managers and Staff in order to create, update, and implement Lehman architecture standards. Required Skills: * Four years experience in network engineering * Successful track record of delivering complex technical network solutions in line with time, cost and quality requirements. * Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared technical leadership environment. * Ability to function well in an environment of multiple high priorities and implementation requirements. * Experience defining and documenting processes and procedures. * Strong network skills - Cisco * Strong routing protocol skills - EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP and RIPv2 * Knowledge of QoS and multicast - Tibco, RVRD * Knowledge of wireless technologies - WiFi, EVDO, RFID * Knowledge of SAN technologies
