Job Description:	Systems Business Analyst Description: Business Analyst to help create an exciting new Product of exceptional quality. Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced and innovative environment to develop a large-scale financial application. The successful candidate must have front-office experience in Derivatives and Capital Markets. The job responsibilities include: Actively contribute to the definition of our future product development strategy Analyze new functional requirements and create requirement documents Prepare detailed functional specifications for the developers and work closely with development to ensure correct implementation Successfully coordinate projects between management, developers and clients Support the testing and documentation of the new functionality Support the Sales team with functional expertise Qualifications: Candidate must have BS/BA degree 3-5 years experience developing system requirements and detailed functional specifications or related banking experience Knowledge of probability and statistics and a sound theoretical understanding of derivatives pricing Excellent analytical and communication skills Proficiency in the use of Excel Ability to work in constantly evolving environment Knowledge of financial instruments, trade processing, valuation models and risk management
