Job Description:	They are looking to move quickly on these positions!!! Project Manager 85-100K (2 open positions) This position will be responsible for managing the implementation of IT projects. The position requires six or more years as IT project manager who is knowledgeable and experienced with all phases of the project life cycle. Qualifications and Required Skills: Experience (6 years or more) working on a wide range of IT projects, including web site implementations and .NET application projects. Excellent organizational skills, process oriented thinking, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to respond strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines. Take leadership role in all assignments, is able to work independently with little supervision. Provides support and ensures follow-up to clients for all issues/risk. Customer management skills for planning project, resolving issues and maintaining relationships. Excellent people skills and team oriented. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and MS Excel. A Bachelor's degree Duties include: Effectively prioritizes and accurately identifies project tasks and controls project scope, schedule and resources. Creates and maintains applicable project documentation. Upholds and follows the company's project life cycle methodology, from project initiation through closure. Acts as a focal point for project issues and escalates when appropriate. Facilitates communication with other departments to meet project goals and client expectations. Drives build/buy decision on projects, including management and facilitation of vendor procurement process. PMP certification required.
