The SAP CRM Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of Distribution Sector SAP CRM technology & process engagements. This individual provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client relationships. The PM will also be heavily involved in business case development & performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role. This is not an account management or business development role. Preferred Candidates should have SAP CRM (4.6 or Greater) & management consulting experience with Pharmaceutical, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods or Travel / Transportation clients. Position requires 100% travel Major Field of Study:SAP CRM Project Management (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Client Management (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Large/complex consulting/client mgm t experience -Director level & above (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Business Case Development (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) SAP CRM focus in distribution industries in recent 3-4 years (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Understanding of distribution industry (pharmaceuticals, travel and transpo (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Applied functional/technical knowledge of SAP CRM to solve clients' busines (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Experience articulating complex solutions and program benefits. (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge).

Candidate Must Have :
* Requires at least 5 years hands-on SAP CRM experience.
* Requires 2-3 full life cycle SAP CRM implementations in a Project Manager role.
* Requires SAP CRM product knowledge/experience across all or most SAP CRM -Mobile Sales, CRM On-line, Customer Interaction Center (CIC), Internet Sales Applications (ISA),Marketing/Campaign Management, or Service Management.
* Preferred Candidates should have SAP CRM (4.6 or Greater) & management consulting experience with Pharmaceutical, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods or Travel / Transportation clients.
