The project manager is responsible for both the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of successful SAP implementations as well as providing thought leadership to clients on technologies such as Netweaver, XI, and ESA. Responsibilities include: - Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities - Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team - Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones - Setting and controlling scope - Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders - Overall team management, including regular evaluations - Project financial management - Risk management - Serving as a thought leader on new and emerging technologies to advise clients and to support the advancement of these skills among fellow client service professionals

Candidate Must Have :
* Candidates must have 8-10+ years of SAP project delivery and management experience in a large consulting services environment. Candidates must be have experience in managing multiple full-lifecycle engagements with 50+ full-time project team members.
* Candidates must demonstrate leadership and managerial skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership.
* They must have a deep understanding of SAP software and enabling technologies, including Netweaver, XI, and ESA.
* Candidates must have relevant implementation methodology experience (e.g., ASAP). Candidates must have experience with managing project financials as well as the commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
* They must have the ability to work closely with key stakeholders to communicate progress, vision and facilitate buy-in.

Candidates must be willing to travel 100%.
