Summary: Prime Brokerage is looking for an experienced, hands-on testing manager to design, build and operate our QA environment. We are seeking a leader to bring best testing practices, tools and procedures to our environment. Principal Responsibilities: Build a testing regimen for Prime Brokerage Manage the release process Liaise with various Prime Brokerage application teams to identify testing requirements and quality metrics Provide technical leadership to build, own and operate a production parallel environment Introduce tools and processes for automated regression, database, and stress testing Capture, analyze and summarize test results Assist in the development of a standard build and deployment process Manage a team of QA professionals when the environment matures Experience/Skills Required: 5+ years of relevant work experience in an environment of similar size and complexity (Java and Perl applications deployed on Solaris and Linux with a Sybase database) MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Skill requirements In depth experience with Solaris and/or Linux shell scripts, Perl, and Java In depth Sybase SQL experience Good coordination and communication skills Desirable skills Knowledge of testing and test automation tools such as JMeter or JUnit Familiarity with Autosys job scheduler UDB Background as a developer

Subcontract Manager

Location: Marion, IL – (100% relocation provided)

Base: 65k to 80k DOE +++

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Provide Manufacturing areas with materials and/or services within established quality and cost levels and in quantities necessary to meet customer delivery schedules by y effective purchase and delivery of materials, components and services.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Generate Purchase Orders/Subcontracts based on material & services requirements forwarded by Program teams including change orders as required.

· Work closely with al functional areas to identify and resolve material availability, schedule, and administrative issues.

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and procedural/regulatory compliance on all procurement matters.
· Analyze, recommend sources and negotiate acceptable terms/pricing/schedule that meets overall compliance and responsiveness to company requirements.

· Serves as focal point with Program Office(s) as designated.
· Prepare and document price/cost analysis in support of supplier negotiations
· Develop, document, and implement supplier negotiation strategies
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Maintains continuous process improvement within area of responsibility leading to elimination of non-added value steps, & touch points including its effect on other functional

· Periodically travel to sub-contractor, customer or other locations
· Identify and qualify new suppliers

EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5-years experience as a Contract Administrator and/or a Subcontract Administrator within the Defense industry. Experience in the administration of Cost Type contracts contract/subcontracts preferred. Must have a high degree of analytical aptitude with strong problem solving skills. Supervisory skills a plus.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Six SIGMA training/certification with experience leading and successfully completing process improvements projects is a plus. Must be computer literate with MSOffice. Honesty and integrity are essential traits for this position.
