The incumbent develops strategic advertising plans for the Office of the Chairman, Operating Committee, Senior Management Committee, department heads, subsidiary heads and project/marketing managers in local, national and international markets.

The qualified candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree, and substantial advertising or marketing agency experience, ideally with demonstrable experience in the marketing of institutional and retail high net worth financial services products, especially asset management services. Minimum 10-12 years experience and expert knowledge of all marketing disciplines, especially advertising development and management, brand management as well as sales support, market research, marketing sponsorships and direct marketing. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of branding (i.e., brand management, brand standards maintenance, intellectual properties management, naming architecture) and a thorough understanding of advertising and marketing principles. Expert knowledge of media planning and buying, including radio and TV media and all forms of print advertising, plus web and interactive media. Should also be thoroughly grounded in the entire advertising and marketing production process, from research through creative development, message development, production (including photography), print production and the development of web-based advertising and marketing tools. Strong knowledge of budgeting and finance, commercial business trends and the nuances of the consumer and commercial markets in which we operate; knowledge of competitor strategies, of customer satisfaction and loyalty trends. Knowledge of business and financial services laws and regulations. Strong oral and written communication skills; quick and flexible at creative staging; strong organizational, analytical, planning and problem solving skills. Able to present ideas clearly and in a compelling way to executive and senior managements.

This is a management and support position for someone with at least 3 years relevant experience developing and/or supporting a equities trading system preferably program trading, market making and/or algorithmic. Support:

Initially will spend much of his time with the development teams who currently support the system to learn the system in detail. His/her job will be to off load the detail research and analysis the development team is currently performing. If our Level I support team identify problems they can not resolve it will be escalated to level II. This person will be responsible to seeing this through to resolution.

System Monitoring:

Take inventory of the production environment and insure all production machines and processes are being monitored by level II.

Release Management:

Responsibilities include production turnover and checkout.

Basically this individual will be responsible for the operational stability of this system in production.
