Sales Manager – Mortgage Vertical

Responsibilities:

Ø Create and expand business relationships with Mortgage companies seeking online advertising, lead generation services

Ø Form new contacts with top decision makers and advertising personnel at the VP level and above.

Ø Close new business on a weekly basis to grow mortgage vertical.

Ø Consult with clients on an ongoing basis to help exceed their business objectives through recommending and implementing campaign selection and practices.

Ø Leverage proprietary lead management technology to deliver online leads that best meet both companies and clients objectives.

Ø Consult clients on the most efficient methods of marketing their services and/or products

Ø Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while negotiating contracts and advertising commissions with clients

Ø Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client

Ø Ability to effectively manage sales cycle from qualification, needs assessment, through to close

Requirements:

Ø Existing relationships with decision makers at Fortune 1000 Mortgage and Finance companies.

Ø Minimum of 5 years of online marketing experience, with at least 7 years of Sales/Account Management experience

Ø Knowledge of structuring CPM, CPC and CPA deals.

Ø The ability to think outside the box as well as strong negotiating skill

Ø Great wealth of knowledge about the online advertising industry coupled with a go- getter attitude

Ø Must be energetic, driven, a problem solver, and most importantly, a goal-oriented individual
